Prepare your CV
Here are some tips for creating a competitive resume:
• Use a job description to highlight your relevant skills, experience or research activities
• Highlight in your resume your achievements or projects you have worked on. What impact have you made? How did you contribute to the company?
• Write us details about your work. What was the significance of your engagement / research? How many people did you lead in your team? What was the scope of your work / project?
• Graduates and students working on obtaining a degree are encouraged to include in their CV all courses at colleges / universities or projects they have worked on as well as participation in the J1 program
• A short biography is best. Use your CV to focus on major achievements and qualifications.
 
Next step: Review of received biographies
Upon receipt of your resume, our human resources department will forward you a questionnaire. Our application questions and job descriptions are designed to help us identify individuals who have basic qualifications for our job advertisements. We usually contact the most qualified candidates for an interview within 2 to 4 weeks (however, some employment programs may have a longer time frame). Be sure to check your inbox to make sure that Hipol Career emails are not in your junk / junk folder.
 
Assessments
Some positions require a preliminary assessment. This may include linguistic, mechanical, technical and analytical assessments of ability, depending on position and location. If an assessment is required, you will be contacted by email after receiving your resume. You will receive details and the next steps for performing the assessment in the email.
 
Interview format
The interview will allow you to get to know our recruitment team and learn more about our company as we get to know you better. Our recruitment team will contact you (either by email or phone) to tell you the details of your interview. Be sure to check your inbox to make sure Hipol Career emails aren’t in your junk / junk folder. Details will include the location, how to access our protected sites, what to wear and the interview format itself. You will know in advance what to expect at the interview.
You can participate in multiple interviews as part of the process. Here are some of the most common:
• Preliminary telephone or Zoom interview: For many positions, we will first contact you by phone to assess your interest and gain a better insight into your qualifications. In some cases, we will include a Zoom interview. If your preliminary interview goes well, we usually invite you to a personal interview.
• On-campus interviews: Our recruitment team visits college and university campuses to find students who are interested in an internship, internship or permanent employment.
• Technical interviews: Our typical factory interview contains technical questions to help us assess whether you are familiar with problem solving in your area. Be prepared to explain how you approach problems and come up with solutions.
• Teamwork and leadership skills interviews: we strive to understand your ability to work in teams and different areas. We ask questions that help you share your actions, responsibilities and results in different circumstances.
• Research interviews: You may be asked to present your research or thesis to a board of experienced researchers. Be prepared to list your research methods and findings and answer questions about your work.
We encourage you to ask questions during the interview to learn more about Hipol and positions in the company, while we get to know you and your qualifications.
 
Offer: what and when to expect?
Our candidates usually meet with several recruiters and managers during factory interviews. As a group, they will review your CV and interview results and make a recommendation to management. The manager will review and confirm the employment decision, and your formal offer will be submitted by email. Bid times and next steps will vary depending on the position.
